JMB Fabrication offers a variety of cutting processes. For mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum we have a 6′ x 12′ cutting table for the largest standard sheets of metal. Our CNC Plasma table also offers an industrial drill head for drilling bolt hole patterns, and an etching pen for engraving serial numbers or company logo’s. Our Router tables can handle any types of materials from wood, plastic, foam, aluminum and brass. Our CNC routers are capable of handling standard 2D designs to full 3D. Attached to our Plasma cutter is an industrial drill head. This will provide you with accurate bolt hole patterns which will make your parts easy to assemble for you, or your customer.

Router Cutting
JMB offers a full range of 2D and 3D cutting on our router tables. Materials include all types of wood, foam, plastics even aluminum and brass. Our tables are equipped with vacuum hold down for clean cutting edges, 10 position tool changer for rapid production and closed loop servo motors for high speed and precession cutting.
If you need a one off part or a full line of production parts we have the capabilities to get you up to speed and back on track with production.
